Services we offer

Weekly 12 Step meetings

Underground Oasis:

-Wednesday 2pm at the Salvation Army Church,  150 SE Emigrant Ave, Pendleton, OR 97801 

Job Supports

Do you have training or a job lined up and need help paying for fees? We can help pay for the following job related expenses:

  • GED testing and materials
  • Training certificate testing
  • ID, fingerprinting, birth certificate
  • Food Handlers cards
  • First Aid/CPR
  • Uniform/work-specific attire/equipment

Transition Housing Support

*These funds are temporarily out, check again in the future*

Support paying for transitional housing costs such as:

  • down payment
  • first month
  • household materials

  • PDF form


*You will need to find housing on your own. We will work directly with the landlord or house manager for payment. It can take up to a week to review requests.

If you are worried about eviction from existing housing, EOCCO has support for eligible people.

Mission: Groups, classes and meetings which support physical, emotional, social and spiritual health with a trauma-informed lens will be offered on a regular and on-going basis.
